CA50-Device

The use of voice attachments and automated workflows provides the on-air discipline that is so difficult to enforce when using a standard walkie-talkie. SyncSeer™ manages voice packages and can support many thousands at the same time.

The low price point of the Motorola CA50 device enables an organization to increase the number and type of employees that are ‘plugged in’ to it’s systems, ensuring wider coverage during an event and providing a complete real-time view of the activity taking place.

The inclusion of a bar code scanner in the CA50 provides further flexibility; devices can be used for hard ROI applications such as employee time reporting, ticket scanning and car parking. Managers in any environment also have the capability to push tasks to employees in the facility, which ensures the workforce can be fully utilized.


Integrating SyncSeer™ with the Motorola CA50 VOIP-enabled Wireless Bar Code Scanner allows employees to have instant access to support from colleagues and supervisors. SyncSeer™ utilizes Wi-Fi real time location services to give an overview of every employee’s position in the facility, in addition voice attachments that are sent as part of a request provide the extra detail that make this information really useful. Automated and highly configurable workflows reduce the drain on Command and Control Centers by routing requests direct to the correct employee or group of employees. The Command and Control Center is aware of these events and can intervene at any time but is not required to. Other workflows can require Command and Control Center action; all events can be filtered so that individuals can concentrate on the data that is most relevant to
their position.
